Four Wednesdays from Jan. 17 - Feb. 7, 2018, with Jane Dawson

There are few more blazing passages in the Old Testament than the writings of the prophet Amos challenging corrupt elites and calling for economic and social justice. In this participatory study group we will look at selected passages from the Book of Amos to explore the social context when it was written, its echoes in the New Testament and its continuing relevance today.

All are welcome for any sessions. No registration is necessary.
