Yoga continues this season.

Gentle yoga, Mondays and Fridays (except statutory holidays) 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. 

Gentle Yoga Plus on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. for students with yoga experience and the ability to take a gentle step up with some Flow yoga, some strength training and even a little dance!

Chair yoga class is on Wednesdays, 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
