Gentle Yoga Plus for students with yoga experience and the ability to take a gentle step up with some Flow yoga, some strength training and even a little dance! Sessions on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.

Gentle yoga is on Mondays and Fridays, 10:30 - 11:45 a.m.

Chair yoga class is on Wednesdays, 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
