The Victoria Multifaith Society (VMS) celebrates World Interfaith Harmony Week in early February with an online discussion panel on the climate crisis.   

First Met's Janet Gray is among the panellists, who come from diverse backgrounds and perspectives and will each speak briefly on both the spiritual and practical aspects of the challenge:

Janet Gray - the challenges we face, ethical and practical

Sharon Welsh - the need for effective collaboration on a global level

Toni Antonia - the role of community & the individual

Tony Snow - reconnecting with Indigenous & ancestral traditions; changing our worldview

The MC for the evening will be Dr Farouk Mitha from the UVic Faculty of Education.

The event will be hosted by VMS and sponsored by the Community Partnership Network of ICA as well as the UVic Multifaith Centre.
