A series of short mindfulness sessions on Sundays in the Chapel from 10:30 - 10:50 a.m. on Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27. The sessions are open to all interested participants.

Objectives:
Practice mindfulness: being aware of breath, body, emotions and thoughts
Increase presence and loving kindness in participants’ interactions
Improve well-being, physical and mental health

Content of each session:
Short presentation on selected meditation (5 minutes)
Guided meditation (10 minutes)
Short discussion (5 minutes)
