A series of short mindfulness, self-compassion and “growing the good” sessions will continue on Sundays in the Chapel from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. on November 10, 17 and 24. The sessions are open to all interested participants.

Objectives:

  • Practice mindfulness and self-compassion meditations and exercises
  • Increase presence and loving kindness in participants’ interactions
  • Improve well-being, physical and mental health

Content of each session:

  • Short presentation on selected meditation (5 minutes)
  • Guided meditation (10 minutes)
  • Short discussion (5 minutes)
