NOTE: Indoor low-intensity group exercise classes have been cancelled until further notice under the latest COVID-19 restrictions announced by the BC government.

A group meeting for Chen-style Tai Chi at First Met on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall to work on balance while also having fun! Participation is on a drop-in basis and donations are welcomed (donations go to supporting the First Met Health and Wellness Bursary Fund).
