Tai Chi Chih is a gentle form of Tai Chi which concentrates on health and balance rather that the martial aspects of Tai Chi. There are only twenty positions in this form, so it is easy to pick up. The group meets on Tuesdays at 9:30 am and sessions begin with a self-massage, a few stretches, then followed by the form. The class ends at 10:30 and is free.
