The UCW has two units: Mildred Mossop and Unity. The Mildred Mossop Unit meets on the second Monday of the month at 10:00 a.m. The Unity Group meets on the third Thursday at noon. Meetings begin with a Devotional, which is preceded or followed by a bag lunch and social time.

First Metropolitan members attend Presbytery meetings four times a year.
