Eastertide theme - Loving our Neighbours: The Early Church in Eastertide
Eastertide is the season in the Christian liturgical year that focuses on celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The period lasts 50 days from Easter Sunday to Pentecost Sunday.

First Metropolitan holds two Sunday services each week. There is a weekly Communion service in the Chapel at 9:00 a.m. This small, intimate service is distinguished by its informality and lay participation.
The 11:00 a.m. service is in the Sanctuary. Children's Time and Sunday School programs are offered in conjunction with this service. The Sanctuary Choir, accompanied by the Director of Music Ministry on piano and organ, sings at the 11:00 a.m. service.
